Postage and Delivery
UK postage starts at just £4 for up to £20 worth of my items, so go ahead and fill a box!
All postage costs are calculated at checkout but sometimes the system does get confused with multi-item orders and over charges you for postage, sorry!
Please contact with me if you are concerned over postage costs and I will be happy to provide you with an accurate total.
If you are in a rush to buy don't worry, any excess postage paid will be refunded to you after shipping out your order.
In person collection is not available on paid orders. However if you wish to reserve an item to collect and buy in person, this can be done at any of the events/shows I have a stall at. Please get in touch using contact us to arrange this. Items can only be reserved for a maximum of a week before the event and will only be held until the end of the event before being put back up for sale if you fail to collect.
All orders are sent out using Royal Mail within 5 working days or on next posting date stated after receiving cleared payment.
Delivery times will depend on your chosen postage method and it may take up to 5 working days to receive your order within the UK.
Orders sent to BFPO or APO/FPO or other military address may take longer due to operational delivery schedules.
Please understand, once your order has been posted I no longer have any control over how long it takes to reach you. Bank/public holidays, adverse weather conditions, strikes and/or other events can all effect your delivery time.
If you have not received your order within 10 working days after dispatch, please contact me to see what can be done.
Please double check the correct postage address has been selected and PayPal has not used an old/previous, or otherwise unwanted address for where the parcel is to be sent. I can only send to the address provided via PayPal to meet their terms and conditions.
If your order is returned back to me you will be required to pay for reposting if due to error on your part such as:
Incorrect address, undeliverable address or failure to collect from post office after calling card has been left.
If you no longer want the item/s only the items price will be refunded no postage costs will be refunded.
Cancellations, Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
If you want to cancel your order please contact me as soon as possible. Cancellations can be done before your order is shipped out or before any custom work is started.
I aim to deliver quality products.
If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, for any reason, please contact with me to see what can be done.
You must contact me within 14 days of you or your nominated place/person receiving your item/s before any return, exchange or refund will be allowed.
No return or Exchange is available on Food or Sale Items. Please ensure you read the items description carefully before purchase.
Refunds are issued for the product price only.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure items are packaged securely, ideally in their original packaging, when sending back. You may wish to purchase postal insurance to cover your parcel on its return.
Items must be returned within 14 days of your accepted return request.
Return Postage is not refunded, except for return postage of faulty products.
Returned products must be returned as received in a completely unused condition.
Your refund will be processed within 14 days upon inspection of the returned item(s).
If the item is found to differ significantly from the condition it was sent in I reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Custom Orders
Custom orders applies to any item which is made to your specification rather than a pre-made item bought from my shop.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Items made in fabrics/colours specifically bought to make your items.
- Items made to other sizes as provided by your own measurements.
- Any item that is made to a different design to the standard shop items.
All custom orders are non refundable and not returnable.
Please ensure that you provide accurate measurements and that you read the full custom listing details before purchasing, to ensure they are correct.
