I want you to be happy with any item you buy so feel free to drop me a message if you have any questions or want advice before you purchase.

All items are hand made out of recycled materials where available.

Due to natural variations in the natural materials and fabrics colours may not match picture.
Colours may also appear differently based on your monitor/screen settings.

All products are machine washable where stated but some colour may bleed so wash separately or with like colours.

Pet products are designed to be hard wearing and long lasting but are not indestructible.
Please ensure that you remove all tags and packaging from your item(s) before use.
All pet products must be inspected each time before use to ensure there is no damage that could effect the animals health.
Regularly inspect and immediately remove any toy that has been damaged.
Each buyer is responsible for determining the suitability of the product for their pet.

Custom Orders

Custom orders applies to any item which is made to your specification rather than a pre-made item bought from my shop.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Items made in fabrics/colours specifically bought to make your items.
- Items made to other sizes as provided by your own measurements.
- Any item that is made to a different design to the standard shop items.

All custom orders are non refundable and not returnable.
Please ensure that you provide accurate measurements and that you read the full custom listing details before purchasing to ensure they are correct.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through heartratcreations.co.uk or its related sites and services.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including my payment processors such as paypal and the sites webhost.

Information I Collect:
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with essential information such as: your name, email address, postal address, limited payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order or gift order, to join my newsletter/email update list, for example), if you contact me directly.

Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It:
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
- As needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
- If necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
- As necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as; providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services.

Data Retention:
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy.
However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements.
I generally keep your data for the following time period: 7 years unless you give me permission to keep using your data such as customer photos for a longer period of time.

Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU:
As this business is hosted by create.net they may store and process your information through third-party hosting services outside of the EU.
As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction.
