Cancellation Form

You can cancel your standard item order at any time before your order is shipped, or return it within 14 days of you or a nominated third party receiving your order.
You can inform me using this form provided below.
You can send it to me in a message, fill it in and attach it to an email sent to [email protected] or even print it and send it to me in the post.
I will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation by a durable medium (e.g email) as soon as possible. If you do not receive acknowledgement from me please double check the sending address and your receiving address was correct and try an alternative contact method.
You do not have to use this form, it is provided simply to make it easier for you to inform me with all the needed details.

Effects of Cancellation for UK Buyers

If you cancel your contract with me I will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery.
Except for the extra costs arising from you choosing an upgraded type of delivery which is not the least expensieve type of standard delivery offered.
I may reduce or void the amount to refund if the item/s are found to differ significantly from the condition sent in.
Please refer to the Custom Order policy for details specific to those.

For standard orders I will make the refund without undue delay and no later than:
- If there were no good supplied, 14 days after the day I was informed about your decision to cancel OR
- 14 days after the day I receive back and inspect your returned goods or
-14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.

I will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for your initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
You will not incur any additional fees as a result of your refund.
